You've probably heard the saying that 'its madness to expect different results if you keep doing what you are doing'. In my work, I come across people who absolutely hate the work they do. This is always a good conversation as far as I'm concerned, gets my juices flowing! Sometimes this ends well as we explore the person's dreams and ways of achieving this. However at times, the person does not want to wake up, instead they want this dream to go on and on forever!
